All services are delivered digitally or in-person, depending on client preference. Pricing varies by service and is listed in USD.

All prices are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).

While Innova is based in the United States, we welcome international clients, including firms based in Europe. All payments must be made in USD.

Fulfillment Policies

Refund Policy

Refunds are available on a case-by-case basis for digital services that have not yet been rendered. Peer group contributions and workshop fees are typically non-refundable once the program begins.

Delivery Policy

Services are delivered virtually unless otherwise arranged. For in-person sessions, travel and scheduling will be coordinated directly with the client.

Return Policy

As Innova does not ship physical goods, there is no return policy. However, client satisfaction is important to us. Please reach out with any concerns.

Cancellation Policy

Roundtable participation and workshops can be canceled with at least 14 days’ notice for a full refund. Cancellations made after this window are non-refundable.

All subscriptions are paid annually and are non-refundable.

Legal or Export Restrictions

We work with clients globally, including those based in Europe and other regions. However, all payments must be made in USD. We do not offer services in countries subject to U.S. economic sanctions.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Innova only collects information necessary to deliver our services, such as your name, email, and company affiliation. We do not sell or share your data. Any promotional pricing or trial participation will be clearly marked on the product or registration page, including duration, expiration dates, and any conditions for cancellation or renewal.
