Design principle: Everything is anchored to real workflows and practical outputs — templates, examples, scorecards, and clear “what to do Monday” takeaways.
The first day of the summit is built around four small-group rotations, each focused on a core workflow inside an executive search firm. Rather than sitting through broad presentations, attendees will move through hands-on working sessions that explore where AI, technology, process, and team habits are actually changing the work.
The goal is simple: every attendee will spend time in each rotation, hear what peers are doing, see practical examples, and leave with ideas they can bring back to their team right away.

6:00 Dinner Celebration
This rotation focuses on how search firms are using AI and better process to strengthen business development efforts — from identifying targets to improving outreach, follow-up, and meeting preparation.
This rotation looks at the heart of the search process — search strategy, market mapping, sourcing, candidate outreach, screening, candidate write-ups, and client communication.
This rotation is focused on the systems side of the business — where process, data, handoffs, notes, reporting, and workflow discipline either support the work or quietly slow everything down.
Even the best tools go nowhere if people do not use them. This rotation focuses on the human side of implementation — training, change management, governance, usage standards, and getting teams to actually adopt new ways of working.
Turning emerging AI capabilities into real executive search use cases
The second day of the summit shifts from workflow rotations to a deeper, more focused look at what comes next. The conversation will center on AI agents, workflow automation, best practices, and the practical questions firms are now asking as AI becomes more embedded in day-to-day work.
The goal for Day 2 is to make these concepts more concrete, more useful, and more relevant to executive search leaders who are trying to decide what is real, what is still early, and where to focus next.

1:00 Best Practices + Office Hours
3:30 1:1 Conversations
4:15 Closing
This session will explore what AI agents actually are, how they differ from prompts and copilots, and where they may begin to create value inside executive search workflows.
This part of Day 2 brings the summit themes back together and focuses on what good looks like across workflow design, adoption, systems thinking, and AI implementation.
This session is designed to give attendees time to work directly on their own questions, challenges, and ideas. Rather than ending with general discussion alone, the summit will create space for more targeted problem-solving.
